About the Project

Trollfilm is looking for a thoughtful Producer to join us for Christmas Survivors – a sincere Nordic drama about family relationships, identity, and healing during a challenging holiday season.

Directed by Anita Killi, the story unfolds in the quiet beauty of Nordic winter, following a family as they navigate unexpected tensions during what should be a time of togetherness. With honest storytelling and careful attention to characters, "Christmas Survivors" hopes to share something meaningful about how we connect with each other during difficult times.

The Role

As Producer, you would help bring this story to life. The position involves:

• Working closely with director Anita Killi and our small team to develop the project

• Managing practical aspects like budgets, schedules, and resources

• Building relationships with potential funding partners and collaborators

• Coordinating the production team with care and consideration

• Supporting the creative vision while keeping the project grounded and achievable

• Finding practical solutions to the everyday challenges of independent filmmaking

  
  

Who We're Looking For

We believe you might be a good fit if you have:

• Experience with feature films or drama productions

• An appreciation for Nordic storytelling and cinema

• Knowledge of production funding and budget management

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with different people
