Maïna Breyne grew up in the south of France. Passionate about many forms of storytelling—such as books, video games, and animation—she decided to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in 2D Animation at the Haute École Albert Jacquard in Belgium.

During her studies, she had the opportunity to work on two short films, Aditi and Justin Goblin, which allowed her to explore every step of creating an animated short. This experience strengthened her love for visual development and background design.

When she’s not working on a new project, she can be found immersed in a fantasy novel, playing video games, baking, watching Arte’s documentaries, or even climbing cliffs.
