Claus Gladyszak is an industrial designer, business developer and strategist with over 25 years of experience in design, visual communication and concept development. During his career, he has held various positions as 3D Artist, Event Manager and Marketing Director at the TV2 spin-off company Vizrt. He has also worked with enterprises like Norsk Tipping, Fabelaktiv and SVT in Sweden. He currently works at VIS – the Western Norway Innovation Center.

Claus is an experienced facilitator and has led a three-digit number of workshops within areas like creativity, idea generation, project and business development. He is a passionate sailor who was more or less born and raised in a sailboat and competes at an international level. Perhaps it's somewhat paradoxical that someone so devoted to the sea has found his love in Dovre – one of Norway's most landlocked locations – yet this unlikely pairing has proven perfect for supporting Trollfilm's artistic vision. Claus has been a key advisor to Trollfilm in the process of developing their strategy to continue flourishing also in the future.

He is now focusing specifically on working with his partner Anita Killi to develop a state-of-the-art multiplane stand, which will become the heart of their new studio space. This will support production of Trollfilm's upcoming animated feature film Christmas Survivors.
